Leg Lift Workout

Heres a short clip of this workout thats great for your butt! I like to use ankle weights when I do this workout as a progression, but starting out without weight is also really effective.

Exercise 1: Straight Cross Over Leg Lift (15 each side)

Exercise 2: Bent Leg Lift (15 each side)

Exercise 3: Straight Leg Lift (15 each side)

Exercise 4: Straight Leg Lift Pulses (15 each side)

Exercise 5: “Peeing Dog” Leg Lift (15 each side)
