Pre-Workout Smoothie

I use the Magic Bullet blender for this recipe, and usually make about 300ml of it to drink before I go to the gym. It’s perfect for giving you a boost using natural ingredients.

  • 1 Serving: Vega Viva Vanilla Protein Smoothie
  • 1 Tablespoon: Nuts to You Raw Almond Butter (you can substitute peanut butter or any nut butter, I use almond because I am allergic to peanuts).
  • 1-2 Shots: Espresso!
  • 300 ml: Almond Milk

and BLEND!!!
